I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner during a quick stop on our way back from a nearby hiking trail. He was genuinely kind and welcoming. Although the kitchen had already closed, he graciously offered us some takeout and even let us sit and enjoy our meal for a few minutes. It was a truly enjoyable experience, made even better by the warm hospitality.
Absolutely incredible experience! This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was so good—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with love. The portion sizes were very generous, especially for the price you pay, which makes it an amazing value. The atmosphere was so welcoming and cozy. It’s a family-run business, and the family who runs it are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. You can feel the warmth and care they put into everything, from the food to the service. The restaurant itself is very cute, with a charming and comfortable vibe that makes you feel right at home. I truly loved everything about my visit and would 100% go back. Highly recommend!
Had a phenomenal lunch here. The food was great. Big portions and not expensive at all. Very pleasant atmosphere, super clean customer washroom. Owner was great to chat with. They put a lot of thought and effort into their menu and cooking. Very patient and knowledgeable answering menu questions. It's plain to see how much they care about this business. Other guests were treated the same excellent way as we were. Highly recommend. *Based off what I and my party witnessed, the 1-star review preceding mine sounds like a total lie and made up story as a weak attempt to disparage this business. The owner is a solid gentlemen and very pleasant to speak with.
Great breakfast/ coffee. Amazing friendly staff/owner. AND room to park the big truck! My go to spot on Hwy 41 for hopefully many years to come. Thanks all!

Stumbled across this spot after a long day of riding. Are we ever glad we did. Awesome little spot that's a total throw back. One side is a small grocery store with all your basics. The other side is a sit down diner. The staff who helped us were beyond friendly and helpful. The food came out quick and fresh. Very nice home made style meals. The owner is a really friendly, nice guys. I don't think I've ever felt more appreciated as a guest. All and all a great experience. There are not lots of these type places left. Stop in and enjoy!
